IMA4 - Branched Training Using Articulate Storyline

Because of the emergence of the coronavirus pandemic last year, many people were forced to work or attend school remotely as businesses and educational facilities temporarily closed. As a result, usage of web conferencing and video conferencing applications such as Zoom increased exponentially. Although most businesses and schools have reopened, many people are continuing to use Zoom to communicate virtually.

I decided to create a course to provide basic instructions on how to get started using Zoom. The course is targeted towards adult learners who need to utilize Zoom as a part of their work duties. The target audience may be working by themselves, either in a corporate setting or at home, and may not have someone to assist them with getting started on Zoom.

This course is designed for learners who are accessing Zoom in a Windows environment. They will need access to a computer with a webcam, speakers, and a microphone.
